Milk Chocolate Brazil Nuts, 120g

Twelve thick ovals of milk chocolate, each one with pieces of brazil nut set into it. The chocolate is a proper milk at 33.5% cocoa, so it holds its own against the nut rather than disappearing under it.

Simple, and quite old fashioned in the best way. Soft, creamy chocolate first, then the clean snap of the brazil nut through the middle.
