Delivery information

Every order is packed by hand at our Cambridgeshire factory and sent out on a next day delivery service, so your treats arrive fresh and well looked after.

When we send orders

We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday go out the following Monday. That way nothing sits in a depot over the weekend, which matters when it's chocolate.

Delivery costs

Mainland UK orders arrive the next working day after dispatch. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands and other remote areas can take a little longer.

Christmas

Our last date for Christmas orders is Monday 21 December. Orders placed after that will go out as normal once we're back after Christmas.

Corporate and bulk orders

Ordering for your team or clients? On our Corporate page you can pick the day you'd like it delivered, Tuesday to Friday, as soon as the next working day. You can send everything to one address or straight to each recipient (£4.95 per address).
