How corporate ordering works
- Choose your confectionery — Select your products, flavours and quantities. You can order one product or combine several in the same order.
- Choose your presentation — Keep the standard Cambridge Confectionery packaging or add a personalised sleeve or sticker.
- Choose where it should go — Have the complete order delivered to one address or send products directly to individual recipients.
- Add your recipients — Enter recipient details individually or upload a spreadsheet within the Send to Many flow.
- Review and pay — Review your products, branding and delivery costs, then make one secure payment through Shopify.
One order, multiple destinations
Send everything to one address
Choose this option if the complete order should be delivered to your office, event venue, fulfilment centre or another single location. Your order will use the normal Shopify checkout.
Send directly to individual recipients
Choose this option if gifts should be delivered separately to employees, clients or customers. You can:
- Add recipients manually
- Upload a completed recipient spreadsheet
- Assign products and quantities to each person
- Add individual gift messages
- Review delivery charges for each address
- Pay for the complete order in one transaction
After payment, a separate delivery order will be created for each recipient.
Adding recipient addresses
For larger recipient lists, use our multi-recipient ordering flow where you can enter recipients one by one or upload a spreadsheet. A template is provided within the ordering flow — simply click Send to multiple recipients above to get started.
Recipient privacy
By uploading recipient information, you confirm that you are authorised to provide these details for the purpose of fulfilling this order. Recipient details will be used to process and deliver the gifts in accordance with our privacy policy.
Artwork and logo uploads
If you select company branding, upload your logo or finished artwork before adding the product to your order. For the best result, please provide: PDF, SVG, EPS or AI artwork where available; high-resolution PNG with a transparent background; clearly stated brand colours; any required wording or campaign message.
Low-resolution screenshots and images copied from websites may not be suitable for printing.
Artwork approval
After your order has been placed, we will check the supplied artwork and send a digital proof for approval. Production will not begin until the proof has been approved. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or a revised delivery date. If the artwork cannot be used as supplied, our team will contact you to discuss the available options.
Planning a particularly large order?
Our online ordering system is designed to cover most standard and personalised corporate orders. Please contact our corporate team if you require: a quantity higher than those shown online, bespoke product development, specialist packaging, several different branding designs, international delivery, a particularly short lead time, or additional artwork or design support.

Do I have to add company branding?
No. Standard Cambridge Confectionery products can be ordered without any customisation. This is the quickest option and is the main route for straightforward corporate orders.
Can I order different products together?
Yes. You can combine bars, minis, chocolate squares and gift boxes in the same order.
Can recipients receive different products?
Yes. When using the multiple-recipient option, you can allocate different products, variants and quantities to individual recipients.
Can I send gifts directly to employees or clients?
Yes. Select Send to multiple recipients, then add addresses manually or upload the completed recipient spreadsheet.
Can I pay for all the recipients at once?
Yes. You will review the complete cost of the products, customisation and delivery before making one payment through Shopify.
What can be personalised?
We currently offer personalised sleeves for selected bars, minis, finger gift boxes and dome gift boxes. Chocolate squares can be finished with a personalised sticker.
Is there a minimum quantity for branding?
Yes. Personalised sleeves and stickers have minimum quantities because they are produced specifically for your order. The applicable minimum will be shown on each product page.
Will I see the artwork before production?
Yes. We will send a digital proof for approval before producing your personalised sleeves or stickers.
How long will my order take?
Standard products follow our normal dispatch times. Personalised orders require additional time for artwork checking, proof approval, printing and production. The estimated lead time will be shown on the product page.
Can I add a message for each recipient?
Yes. Individual gift messages can be entered during the multiple-recipient ordering process or included in the recipient spreadsheet.
How is delivery calculated?
Delivery is calculated separately for each destination. You will see the combined delivery cost before completing payment.
What if an address is incorrect?
The ordering system will check recipient addresses and highlight many common issues. However, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all submitted recipient information is complete and accurate.
Where can I find ingredient and allergen information?
Ingredients and allergens are displayed on the relevant product pages. Please review this information before ordering for a group or recipient with specific dietary requirements.
